Spero Therapy, PLLC — Dallas, Texas
Nice to meet you.
Hey! My name is Miranda and I am an Associate Therapist and Licensed Master of Social Work (License #114996). As an associate, I am being supervised by Funmilola Taiwo, LCSW-S, LISW-S (License # 103423).
Life can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space where you can be heard without judgment and begin making sense of what’s weighing on you. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, work through life’s challenges, and help you move toward lasting healing and meaningful change. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to support you.

What we help with
Services
General Mental Health
I provide compassionate, individualized therapy for adults facing a variety of mental health concerns. Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences, build effective coping skills, and support your emotional well-being in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
Addiction
Recovery is a personal journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space to help you understand the roots of addiction, strengthen coping skills, and build a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Trauma
Trauma can leave lasting emotional wounds that affect how you see yourself, others, and the world around you. I provide a safe, compassionate space to help you process your experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
Depression and Anxiety
Anxiety and depression can make everyday life feel exhausting and overwhelming. Together, we’ll work to understand what you’re experiencing, develop practical coping tools, and help you reconnect with hope, balance, and the life you want to live.
